LEAP Award 2025 – Ms Joy Chen

The LEAP Award, which stands for Listening Educator for Advancement and Progress Award, was launched by the late former President S R Nathan in 2011. Awarded annually by the Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan, it recognises exceptional teachers who have made a positive impact in nurturing their students from the heart.

Ms Joy Chen was selected from a pool of 329 nominated teachers as one of 20 educators to receive the LEAP Award 2025.
