About Parents Gateway
Parents Gateway (PG) is an initiative by the Ministry of Education (MOE) that facilitates communication between schools and parents on administrative and financial matters.
Bukit View Secondary School uses Parents Gateway as its main communication platform with parents for consent forms, school programmes, official letters and notifications
What Parents Can Do on Parents Gateway
Parents can use Parents Gateway to access key school communications and services.
Receive important school updates and announcements
Provide consent for school activities and programmes
Book appointments with teachers
Update contact details
Make travel declarations and access parenting resources
Who Can Access Parents Gateway
Parents Gateway contains sensitive student and parent information. Access is restricted to parents and legal guardians who are Singpass holders.
Eligible Singpass Holders

Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents
EP, PEP, EntrePass and S Pass holders
Dependant Pass holders
Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP / LTVP+) holders
Selected Work Permit holders who require Singpass for government digital services
Parents who are unable to onboard Parents Gateway will continue to receive hardcopy letters and consent forms where required.
Getting Started with Parents Gateway
Parents are required to log in using a valid Singpass account. Singpass 2-Step Verification is required.
Download Parents Gateway
Download the Parents Gateway app on your preferred mobile platform.
If you have not yet set up your account, please download the Parents Gateway app via the Apple App Store (opens in new tab) or ,Google Play (opens in new tab) or Huawei AppGallery (opens in new tab)., and log in using your Singpass.
After installing the app, log in using your Singpass to complete the one-time onboarding.
