A. Appeals to Transfer Out of Bukit View Sec Sch (BVSS)

(Serious Medical Grounds)
For students posted to Bukit View Secondary School (BVSS) who are seeking a transfer out due to serious medical conditions (e.g. chronic heart conditions) or severe physical impairments (e.g. requiring permanent use of a wheelchair), parents may submit an appeal through the posted secondary school.

Appeal Deadline

Appeals must be submitted by 12.00 pm, Monday, 22 December 2025.

Required Documents

For students with serious medical condition

An official letter or medical report from a certified doctor must be attached to the application.

For students with severe physical impairments

Medical report clearly describing:
- The extent of the impairment (temporary/permanent).
- The assistive device currently in use (e.g., wheelchair).

Please bring along the relevant medical documents (stated above) to support your appeal for school transfer.

**B. Appeals to Transfer Into Bukit View Secondary School (BVSS)**

Parents whose children are posted to another secondary school and wish to appeal for a transfer into BVSS may submit an appeal during the period stated below.

Appeal Period

Up to Friday, 26 December 2025, 12.00 pm

Important Notes

Parents of students with successful appeals will be contacted by 2 January 2026.
Only students who meet the Cut-Off Point (COP) for the respective course in the current year’s Secondary One Posting will be considered for transfer.
All applications will be reviewed holistically, taking into consideration factors such as:

Academic profile
Interests and passions
Reasons for transfer

Admission is subject to the school’s admission criteria and availability of vacancies.
Submission of an appeal does not guarantee admission.
